Stepping into leadership can be exhilarating and incredibly rewarding as we are given the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and the organizations we serve. We have the capacity to inspire, heal, empower and guide others to live into their best selves through our own presence, which includes our multiple intelligences like cognitive, social and emotional as well as our life history and experiences.

But as leaders we can also feel overwhelmed and lonely. It can activate all of our buttons and move us beyond our comfort zones into danger zones. In this time of rapid change and growing complexity it can be difficult to find our moorings. What we once could count on no longer works while, at the same time, we may be asked to reach targets that are no longer meaningful.  We are expected to carry more and more of the load while having fewer resources at our fingertips.  At the end of the day we may wonder if our work is making the kind of impact that we desire. 

My passion is to work with leaders who want to make a positive impact on the world, but feel frustrated as they keep bumping up against patterns that keep them stuck. I believe that our own development is key to showing up powerfully with skill and grace in the organizations that we lead.  My coaching focuses on helping leaders to live into their preferred future.
